Two victims identified in fatal boat crash
Two victims in a fatal boat crash in the Manasquan Inlet on Friday have been identified by the New Jersey State Police as Alex Osadchy, 66, and Grigory Klokishner, 74, both of Philadelphia.
The pontoon boat carrying the two men and five others appears to have capsized due to a large swell on Friday at approximately 1:30 p.m., according the New Jersey State Police.

POINT PLEASANT — The borough’s bond rating was raised last week, officials announced.
Mayor Robert Sabosik announced that Moody’s Investors Service upgraded the towns bond rating this week from Aa3 from the former A1.
“It’s good news for tax payers,” Borough Administrator Frank Pannucci said.
